摘要：目的：探讨腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剥除术加电凝修复术的安全性、可行性。方法：对122例卵巢良性肿瘤行腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剥离术加电凝修复术与同期96例卵巢良性肿瘤开腹手术进行比较。结果：腹腔镜手术组平均手术时间为54.92min，开腹手术组为76.52 min，两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组、开腹组平均失血量、术后病率和住院日比较，分别为54.26ml、0.9%、4d和78.54ml、6.9%、7d，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组术后无1例用镇痛药，术后6h进食、自行小便并下床活动，无腹腔内出血发生。术后分别对腹腔镜组中卵巢子宫内膜异位症44例和开腹组中卵巢子宫内膜异位症36例随访6月，结果腹腔镜组有3例出现下腹隐痛(6.82%)，剖腹组有6例出现下腹隐痛(16.67%)。结论：腹腔镜卵巢良性肿瘤剥离术具有术中出血少、住院时间短、术后恢复快，术后病率低、术后并发症少等优点，是一种安全、有效的手术方法，值得临床推广应用。

    Analysis of Treatment of 122 Cases of Ovarian Benign Tumor by Ovarian Decollement Under Laparoscope Plus Electrocoagulative Prothesis

    Abstract： Objective: Exploring safety and feasibility of treatment of ovarian benign tumor by ovarian decollement under laparoscope plus electrocoagulative prothesis. Methods: Ovarian benign tumor decollement under laparoscope plus electrocoagulative prothesis was performed for 122 patients with ovarian benign tumor and comparison of the results was made with those of laparotomy for 96 cases of ovarian benign tumor in the same period.
