摘要：目的：寻找危重症病人口腔感染霉菌最简单、经济、有效的治疗方法。方法：将患者65例随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组(35例)病人常规口腔护理后涂珍珠粉+VitB2，对照组(30例)常规口腔护理，观察两组病人口腔白色伪膜脱落的情况。结果：两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01；P <0.05)。结论：口腔霉菌感染应用珍珠粉+VitB2涂抹，能较好促进溃疡面愈合、伪膜脱落，保护口腔粘膜。

    Nursing for Fungi Infection of Oral Cavity in Critical Patients
