摘要：目的：比较膀胱镜检两种麻醉方式的优劣，推介一种新的麻醉方法。方法：选择行膀胱镜检查治疗的病人38例，平均分为骶管组和异丙酚组。观察麻醉过程的各项指标，比较其特点。结果：异丙酚组明显优于骶管组。结论：用异丙酚+芬太尼静脉全麻行膀胱镜检可克服骶管阻滞的诸多缺点，极大地提高了麻醉质量，又节省了手术各方大量的时间，安全可靠，快捷方便，并发症少，术后病人须住院观察的可能性极小，对门诊病人尤为适用。

    A Comparsion Study of the Two Kinds of Anesthesia Ways Used for Cystoscopy

    Abstract： Objective: To compare good and bad of the two anesthesia ways to bladder mirror examination, introduce a new anesthetic way. Method: Choose 38 patients who is being treated by bladder mirror examination to averagely allocate them to Caudal block group(n=19) or Propofol group (n=19), study kinds of indexes of anesthesia procedures and compare their characteristics. Result: Propofol group is obviously superior to Caudal block group. Conclusion: Using bladder mirror examination which is Propofol+Fentanyl complete vein anesthesia is easy to overcome the shortingcomings of Caudal block , greatly improve anesthesia quality. What's more,it can save much operating time; and is safe、 reliable、 fast and convenient. It can decrease complications. There is little possibility that patients have to stay in hospital to be observed after operation. It is suitable for outpatients. ......
