摘要：目的：探讨胺碘酮治疗心脏外科术后心房颤动的临床疗效与安全性。方法：316例心脏外科术后心房颤动的患者静脉注射胺碘酮首剂3～5mg/kg,10min注入，继之以0.5～1.0mg/min维持静脉点滴，以后依病情渐减。静脉应用同时口服600mg/d。第一次负荷量后，若房颤控制不理想，可每隔15～30min再给1.5～3.0mg/kg的追加负荷量。结果：269例转为窦性心律，复转成功率为85.1%，心功能正常，血流动力学平稳，无传导阻滞。结论：胺碘酮能有效地治疗心脏外科术后心房颤动，复转窦性心律效果好，能有效控制心室率，治疗后血流动力学平稳、心功能正常。

    The Curative Effect of Amiodarone Atrial Fibrillation for Cardiac Postoperation Patients

    Abstract： Objective：To observe the curative effect of therapy atrial fibrillation for cardiac postoperation patients using amiodarone. Method： 316 post cardiac operation patients with atrial fibrillation,Intravenous loading dose of 3～5mg/kg of amiodarone was given within 10 minutes,followed by 0.5～1.0mg/min infusion.The subsequent dose decreased according to the clinical status.Oral amiodarone of 600mg daily was started simultaneously,if possible.If the atrial fibrillation was uncontrolled,additional bolus of 1.5～3.0mg/kg could be repeated every other 15～30 min.Result:269 cases have transferred sinus rhythm, the succeed rate of transferred was 85.1% ......
