咽舒糖浆质量标准的研究

     摘要：目的：采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)，建立咽舒糖浆中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用ODS分析色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm，7 μm)；流动相为乙腈0.4%磷酸溶液(15∶85)；流速：1 ml/min；检测波长：327 nm。结果：HPLC法测定绿原酸可达基线分离，在1.62～21.60 μg线性良好，回归方程：A=2 516 409C2 979，r=1.000 0，5次测定平均加样回收率为100.1%，RSD为0.80%。结论：该法操作简便，结果准确，重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

    Studies on Quality Standard of Yanshu Tangjiang

    Abstract:Objective:To develop a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Yan Shu Tangjiang by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:ODS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm，7 μm) was used,acetonitrile 0.4% phosphoric acid(15∶85) was used as mobile phase,at the rate 1 ml/min;The detection wavelength was 327 nm.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.62～21.60 μg(r=1.000 0).The average recovery of the method was 100.1%.RSD was 0.80%(n=5).Conclusion:This method was reliable and accurate.The method can be used to control the quality of preparation. ......
