摘要：目的：恢复尿道连续性。方法：总结1994年1月至2004年1月收治多发性创伤伴后尿道断裂20例术中、术后尿道扩张术治疗结果。结果：20例拔除尿管后均能自主排尿。定期尿道扩张术1年，20例随访1年～5年。无1例二次手术。结论：尿道会师牵引术+术后定期尿道扩张术是有效治疗后尿道断裂的途径。

    Treating Latter Urethra Break with Urethra Joins

    Abstract: Objective: Recover urethra continuity.Method: Sumarize 1994.1～2004.1the result of cure the regularity wound with breaking urethra 20 examples in surgery,urethra expansion after surgery.Recult: 20 examples after wiping out ureter still can independently urinates.1 year regular urethra expansion technique,20 examples make a follow-up visit 1～5 years.No twice surgeries.Conclusion: The urethra joins forces tows technique and regular urethra expansion after surgery are the effective treatment of latter urethra break.
