摘要：目的：探讨内镜切除术治疗早期胃癌的临床应用价值。方法：10例早期胃癌病人均行内镜检查、粘膜染色、病理检查、小探头超声检查，证实为早期胃癌后，行粘膜切除术。结果：10例患者均得到完全切除，术后无出血、穿孔等并发症的发生。结论：内镜下粘膜切除术是一种安全有效的方法，小探头超声对病变深度的判断以及无淋巴结转移具有决定性意义。

    Clinial Study of Endoscopic Mucosal Resection in early Gastric Carcinoma

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical value of endoscopic muscoal resection in early gastric carcinoma. Methods: Ten patients were managed with endoscopy, mucosal stain, pathology and miniprobe sonography, These patients were given endoscopic mucosal resection after they had been verified as early gastric carcinoma. Result: Ten patients were resected completely .There hadn’t complications such as hemorrhage and perforation. Conclusion: Endoscopic mucosal resection is a safe and effective method, Miniprobe sonography has decided meaning in judging the lesion’s depth and lymphatic metastasis. ......
