摘要：目的：观察奥美拉唑治疗新生儿上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法：将66例患儿随机分成两组，对照组予常规止血治疗，实验组在常规治疗的基础上给予奥美拉唑治疗。结果：实验组的有效率(93.94%)明显高于对照组(72.73%)，差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论：奥美拉唑治疗新生儿上消化道出血是迅速有效的治疗方法。

    Investigation of the Effects of Omeprazole Therapy on Neonates with Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

    Abstract： Objective:To observe the effect of Omeprazole on the neonate with upper gasterointestinal hemorrhage.Method: Sixty-six clinical cases were randomly divided into two groups.The experiment group was treated with Omeprazole and normal therapy. The same therapy was preformed in control group, except Omeprazole.Result:The total curative rate of experiment group(93.94%) was much higher than that of normal treatment group(72.73%).Conclusion:Omeprazole is safe and efficacious in the treatment of neonates with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, and it is helpful in shortening the period of progress. ......
