【摘要】 目的 对新生儿高胆红素血症所致BAEP 异常患儿进行综合治疗。方法 选自2002年1月～2005年1月在本院因高胆红素血症入院测BAEP 异常患儿86例在对症治疗基础上加用甲氯芬酯(维脑健)、环磷腺苷(康纳欣)、高压氧综合治疗10天复查BAEP。结果 治疗组异常消失率达93%，对照组为6%，差异有非常显著性(P<0 .01)。结论 对高胆红素血症所致BAEP异常患儿积极进行综合治疗疗效显著。

    【Abstract】 Objective Comprehensive treatment is carried on the baby patients abnormal in the brainsten auditory evoked potential ( BAEP ) resulting from hyperbilirubinemia of the newborn babies.Methods 86 babies of such cases have been chosen in our hospital from January 2002 to January 2005.On the basis of suitable remedy, we added meclofenoxate hydrochloride, cAMP and hyperbaricoxygenation.HBO. Ten days later, they were reexamined for brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP).Results Of the treated group, unusual symptoms disappear by up to 93%, whereas of the counterpart group up to 6%. That makes a significant different(P<0.01).Conclusion The curative effect of comprehensive treatment of the baby patients abnormal in the brainsten auditory evoked potential resulting from hyperbilirubinemia of the newborn babies is remarkable. ......
