摘要：目的：探讨Ⅰ期手术治疗肛周脓肿的方法。方法：回顾性分析我院自2004年6月至2005年1月收治58例肛周脓肿经行Ⅰ期切开引流、高位挂线治疗的病人临床资料。结果：所有病例中55例治愈，5例形成肛瘘需再次手术，术后痊愈出院，治愈率为94.8%。结论：1期切开引流、高位挂线术能减少病人痛苦、疗效好、值得推广。

    The Clinical Analysis on 58 Patients with Perianal Abscess Treated by Using Sectioning for Draining in the First Stage

    Abstract： Objective：To explore the therapic method to perianal abscess in the first stage. Method：To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 58 patients with perianal abscess treated by using sectioning for draining and superior position thread-drawing therapy in the first stage in our hospital from Jul. 2004 to Jan. 2005 .Result：55 cases fully recovered from an illness ,5 cases with anal fistula recovered from an illness after second operation, the healing rate was 94.8%. Conclusion：The theraputic method of sectioning and superior position thread-drawing therapy in the first stage can lessen the suffering to patients, and the method can also be to spreaded to clinical application because of significant curative effect. ......
