摘要:目的：探讨慢性硬膜下血肿的手术方法及疗效。方法：采用钻孔冲洗引流术对52例慢性硬膜下血肿进行治疗并对资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果：痊愈50例，死亡2例。结论：慢性硬膜下血肿确诊后经外科治疗效果良好。关键词:慢性硬膜下血肿；钻孔；冲洗引流
Clinical Observation of 52 Cases with Chronic Subdural Hematoma Treated by Operation

Abstract: Objective: To approach operation way and effect in cases with chronic subdural hematoma. Method: The data of 52 cases with chronic subdural hematoma treated by drilling,lavaging and draining were analyzied retrospectively. Result: Among the 52 cases ,50 cases recovery ,2 cases dead. Conclusion: There have well therapeutic effect on the cases with chronic subdural hematoma by surgical treatment after final diagnosis.
