摘要：目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺肿块性质的价值。方法：应用彩色多普勒超声检查经手术和病理证实的肿块,其中良性肿块51例,恶性肿块25例。结果：①直径<2cm的恶性肿块彩色血流信号检出率(100%)高于良性肿块(11.7%)。②直径≥2cm的恶性肿块彩色血流信号检出率(93.6%)高于良性肿块(70.5%)。③当肿瘤直径<2cm时,良恶性肿瘤之间的临界动脉峰值流速为12cm/s,而静脉型血流频谱只在良性肿块内探及。结论：在直径<2cm的乳腺肿块内探及血流信号以恶性可能性大，彩色多普勒血流显像检查,可以提高乳腺恶性肿瘤,特别是2cm以下的乳癌的诊断率。

    Evaluate the Diagnosing Value of Color Doppler in Breast Necplasm

    Abstract： Objective: To evaluate the diagnosing value of Color Doppler in Breast Necplasm.Method：The Color Doppler diagnosis was performed in 51 cases of benign breast masses and 25 cases of malignant confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results： ①The breast mass(φ<2cm) had a high risk of malignance if Color Doppler Signal was detected.(100%)②Detection rate of Color Doppler signal in benign mass(Φ≥2cm)was lower(70.5%)than that in malignant(93.6).③Critical peak velocity between malignant and benign breast mass was 12cm/s,and vein scmpectrum only can be detected in benign masses.Conclusion： Color of Doppler diagnosis can improve the detection rate of malignance(φ<2cm). ......
