【摘要】 目的 推荐一种操作简便、快速的常规定量测定循环免疫复合物的方法。方法 用多株类风湿因子(pRF)乳胶凝集法定量测定血清中免疫复合物。结果 共测定30例健康献血员和各种病人200例。正常人的平均含量为79.43±1.95μg/ml,系统性红斑狼疮病人的平均含量为526.4±2.28μg/ml,该值显著高于正常人对照组(P<0.01)。结论 本法不需特殊分析仪器，操作简便迅速，重复性及稳定性好,是临床常规定量测定循环免疫复合物的使用方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To introduce a rapid and easy method of routine quantitative determination of circulatory immune complex.Methods Quantitative determination of immune complex in serum from inhibitive agglutination test with polystrain rheumatoid factor (pRF) emulsion.Results Determination was carried out from 30 healthy persons and 200 various cases. Average value of normal people is 79.43±1.95μg/ml and that of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) sufferers is 526.4±2.28μg/ml which is evidently higher than that of normal people(P<0.01).Conclusion With this method of determination no special analytical apparatus is needed. It is easy to master and can give results rapidly. Besides, it shows good repeatity and stability and provides a practical means of clinically determining circulatory immune complex routinely. ......
