【摘要】 目的 探讨髌骨横行骨折张力带钢丝缝合法与环形钢丝缝合法疗效。方法 通过两组各式各15例手术方法比较，功能练习时间，关节功能恢复情况以及骨折愈合情况。结果 张力带钢丝缝合法15例完全恢复，环形钢丝缝合法13例完全恢复。结论 张力带钢丝缝合法明显优于环形钢丝缝合法，具有固定确切，不需外固定，关节功能恢复好，骨折早期愈合等优点。

    【Abstract】 Objective Discussing the curative effect of the suturing method with tension steel wire and the suturing method with circular steel wire for patella transverse fracture.Methods Comparing the joint function recovering status during the functional exercise period and the healing status of the patellar fracture between two groups, each of which is composed of 15 cases of operation.Results The treatment of 15 cases restored health the suturing method with tensile steel wire, 13 cases restored health the suturing method with circular steel wire.Conclusion The suturing method with tension steel wire is obviously more advantageous than the suturing method with circular steel wire and the advantages are: accurate fixing, no outside fixture is needed, good joint function recovery and earlier healing of patella fracture. ......
