摘要:目的：探讨在局部阻滞麻手术过程中播放背景音乐对病人心理活动的积极影响。方法：在给病人施行局麻手术时播放适合病人音乐，如小夜曲、轻音乐、民乐等，根据个人的喜好播放。结果：病人听到轻松、悦耳、熟悉的音乐后，心情愉悦，轻松地渡过手术关。结论：病人置身于旋律优美的环境中，术后普遍反映术中精神放松，心态平静、安祥。术中播放音乐，不需要专门人力投入，成本低，病人反应好。

    Application of Background Music to Operations of Local Anesthesia Block

    Abstract： Objective: To seek positive effect of background music on patients mental activities in the course of operations of local anesthesia block. Method: To provide patients with suitable music according to their preference. Result: Having enjoyed pleasant music, patients become relaxed and go through operation in an easy manner. Conclusion: Placing themselves in the beautiful music, patients feel at ease during operation. It will save work and money and get good responses to provide music during operations.
