摘要：目的: 探讨人工授精术妇女的心理状态及护理干预措施。方法：自拟心理状态调查表,对行人工授精术妇女(人工授精组120例)进行心态调查分析，并与自然受孕妇女(自然受孕组120例)进行比较 。结果：人工授精组在“是否非常渴望怀孕”、“担心后代是否存在生理缺陷” 、“渴望提供相关医学知识”、“社会压力大”等方面与自然受孕妇女组比较，差异有显著性意义( P<0.01); 而且人工授精组普遍存在“担心医院是否为其保密”、“手术成功率有多少”、“手术是否疼痛”、“是否有副作用”等的心理问题。结论：接受人工授精术妇女存在着较大的心理压力 ,有必要针对性地进行护理干预，以提高手术成功率。

    Diagnoses and Nursing Intervention on Psychology of Women Underwent Artificial Insemination

    Abstract： Objective： To study the diagnoses and nursing intervention on psychology of women underwent artificial insemination. Methods： To draft psychology questionary for women underwent artificial insemination and compared with women underwent natural fertilization. Results： Compared to women with natural fertilization, the women underwent artificial insemination were reported to be more thirst for pregnancy, more worry about the disfigurement of offspring, more yearn for correlation medical knowledge and had more social pressure. There were signicicant differences between the two groups(p<0.01). The women underwent artificial insemination had the psychology problems such as worrying about whether the hospital would keep secret for them, the successful rate , the pain and side effect of operation. Conclusion： As the special colony underwent artificial insemination have biggish psychological pressure. it is necessary to carry out nursing intervention to raise the successful rate of operation. ......
