摘要：目的：探讨严重子宫胎盘卒中保留子宫综合治疗的有效性和安全性。方法：选择1998年1月至2004年12月该院收治的严重子宫胎盘卒中患者18例为研究组。1992年6月至1997年12月该院收治该类患者11例为对照组，两组均行剖宫产。对照组常规全身及局部处理后子宫不收缩且合并DIC者，切除子宫；研究组常规处理与对照组相同，但无论是否有效都采取迅速清理子宫 、阴道塞纱条、腹部加压包扎等综合措施。结果：两组一般情况、产科及病因病情无显著差异P>0.05。治疗结果 研究组18例保留子宫，对照组2例，两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。出院后随访恢复良好。结论：本方法简单快速，安全有效，对严重子宫胎盘卒中患者可以保留子宫治疗。

    Comprehensive Therapeutic Procedures of Uterus-saving in Treating Severe Uteroplacental Apoplexy

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effectiveness and safety of uterus-saving, comprehensive therapeutic procedures in treating severe uteroplacental apoplexy. Methods: 52 uteroplacental apoplexy patients treated in our hospital from January 1998 to December 2004 were selected for this study. Among them, 18 of the patients were diagnosed as severe uteroplacental apoplexy. Comprehensive treatments included rapid uterus cleaning up, prompt cesarean section, packing the vagina with gauze, abdominal compression, aggressive anti-shock measures, blood transfusion to resuscitate circulation volume as soon as possible and giving coagulant factors etc. Result: All 18 patients recovered and discharged without removal of the uterus.Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, safe and effective. Even for those with severe uteroplacental apoplexy, it is possible to save the uterus. ......
