摘要：目的：为探讨胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病的护理特点并评价临床价值，提高糖尿病专科护理水平。方法：通过对16例糖尿病胰岛素泵治疗的患者进行心理、技术，配合动态血糖监测等综合护理及资料收集。结果：16例患者血糖控制良好，低血糖发生次数明显下降，生活质量得到提高。结论：加强临床观察，动态血糖监测以及相关知识宣教等综合护理，保证了胰岛素泵控制高血糖的良好效果。

    Clinical Observing and nursing Care of Insulin Pump Intensive Therapy in 16 Patients

    Abstract: Objective: To study the nursing care characters of diabetic insulin pump therapy and evaluate its clinical significance; promote nursing care levels of special diabetes course. Method: We selected 16 diabetic patients using the insulin pump, and collected the data of colligation nursing such as psychic nursing, technique nursing and dynamic blood sugar monitoring. Results: The blood sugar controlling is well, the number of times of hypoglycemia is apparently decreased, and the patient’s quality of life is developed. Conclusion: Colligation nursing of intensively clinical observation, dynamic blood sugar monitoring and diabetic knowledge educations can ensure the well results of controlling hyperglycemia in patients using insulin pump. ......
