【摘要】 目的 探讨院前抢救重症有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭的成功因素。方法 将4年来我院收治的重症有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭32例，按是否现场插管分为两组，治疗组14例，对照组18例，观察两组的疗效。结果 治疗组比对照组的抢救成功率高。结论 现场建立有效的人工气道是抢救成功的关键，提高抢救成功率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the success factors of pre-hospital resuscitated patients with respiratory failure due to serious organophosphorous insecticide poisoning.Methods 32 patients with respiratory failure due to serious organophosphorous insecticide poisoning in recent four years were divided into therapy group and control group according to intubation on-the-scene,the resuscitation effects were compared.Results The resuscitation successful rate was higher in therapy group than that in control group.Conclusion It’s the key to increase resuscitation successful rate to build an effective artificial airway on-the-scene. ......
