【摘要】 目的 评价2型糖尿病中医辨病辨证论治方案的临床价值。 方法 根据文献调研和临床流行病学统计结 果，将2型糖尿病分为阴虚热盛证、气阴两虚证、肝肾阴虚证、湿热内蕴证、阴阳两虚证，建立其中西医结合诊疗方案，并进 行临床疗效验证。 结果 观察组病人临床症状改善状况和临床疗效均优于对照组( P <0.05或0.001)，而中西医结合组 优于中药组( P <0.05)。中药组对FBG、PBG疗效不如西药组和中西医结合组( P >0.05)，但是中药组和中西医结合组 HbA 1C 的疗效明显优于西药组( P <0.005)。 结论 2型糖尿病中医辨病辨证论治临床疗效肯定，而中西医结合组疗效优 于单纯中药组和单纯西药组。
