高效液相色谱法测定妇科止带胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量

     摘要：目的：建立妇科止带胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱条件：Alltima C18柱，流动相为乙腈0.1%磷酸十二烷基磺酸钠(50∶50∶0.1)，检测波长为265 nm，流速为1.0 ml/min，柱温为室温。结果：盐酸小檗碱在0.099 8～1.097 8 μg检测浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9，n=6)，平均回收率为101.31%(RSD=1.31%) 。结论：该方法快速简便，结果准确，可以用于妇科止带胶囊的质量控制。

    Determination of the Content of Berberine Hydrochloride in Fukezhidai Capsules by HPLC

    Abstract:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Fukezhidai capsules.Methods:Alltima C18 was used as the column ,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile0.1%H3PO4sodium laurylsulfonate (50∶50∶0.1) with a flow rate of 1 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 265 nm.Results:There was a good linearity at the range of 0.099 8～1.097 8 μg of berberine concentration (r=0.999 9，n=6).The average recovery was 101.31% with RSD 1.31%(n=6).Conclusion: This method is simple， sensitive with good repeatability. ......
