摘要：目的：观察耐药志贺菌对20味中草药的敏感性。方法：用临床分离的志贺菌为受试菌，采用几何级稀释法测定20味中草药水煎剂的体外最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果：20味中草药对志贺菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用，其中黄连、黄芩、苍术抑菌效果最好，其MIC范围分别为0.97～7.81，0.97～15.62和0.97～31.25，MIC50分别为3.90，3.90和7.81 g/L,MIC90分别为7.81，7.81和31.25 g/L。抑菌效果最差的是柴胡、蚤休、丁香，敏感率为0%。结论：部分中草药对志贺菌具有不同程度的体外抑菌作用。

    The Experimental Observation on the Bacteriostatic Action of 20 Chinese Herbs against Shigella.

    Abstract:Objective:To observe the sensitivity of 20 kinds of Chinese herbs against drug-resistant Shigella.Methods:Test-bacteria were isolated from clinical Shigella. Minimal inhibtory concentrations (MIC) of 20 kinds of Chinese herbs were determined using geometric-progression diluting method in vitro.Results:20 kinds of tested Chinese herbs had bacterostatic activties at different extent,among which Coptis chinensis Franch, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and Atractyiodes lancea(Thunb.)DC were highly active against Shigella.Their MIC were 0.97～7.81,0.97～15.62 and 0.97～31.25 ......
