     摘要：目的：建立驴胶补血颗粒中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法，色谱柱采用依利特Sino Chrom ODS-BP (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)柱，甲醇0.05%冰醋酸溶液(35∶65)为流动相，流速为0.7 ml/min，柱温为25℃，检测波长为320 nm。结果：阿魏酸进样量在0.462～0.924 μg内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，相关系数为0.999 5，平均回收率为97.8%，RSD为2.01%(n=5)。结论：该方法简便，准确、重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制。

    Determination of Ferulic Acid in Lvjiaobuxue Granule by HPLC

    Abstract:Objective:To establish content assay method of ferulic Acid in Lvjiaobuxue Granule by HPLC.Methods:A Sino Chrom ODS-BP column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was selected as separation column at 25℃. The mobile phase consists of MeOH0.05% acetic acid(35∶65). The flow rate was 0.7 ml·min-1. The detection wavelength was at 320 nm.Results:The linear ranges of ferulic acid was 0.462～0.924 μg(r= 0.999 5). The average recovery was 97.8% and RSD was 2.01%(n=5).Conclusion:The method was simple, accurate,reproducible and suitable to be used in quality control of the Lvjiaobuxue Granule. ......
