摘要:目的:探讨珍珠梅提取物对D半乳糖致衰老大鼠的保护作用。方法:60只Wistar大鼠随机分正常组、模型组(Sc D半乳糖48 mg/(kg·d)、人参皂苷组(100 mg/kg,ig,D半乳糖48 mg/(kg·d)、珍珠梅大、中、小剂量组(200,150,100 mg/kg.ig,ScD半乳糖48 mg/(kg·d),连续40 d。用比色分析法测定大鼠大脑皮质超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase, SOD)、单胺氧化酶(monoamine oxidase, MAO)的活性及丙二醛(malondialdehyde, MDA)的含量,同步观察电子显微镜下的组织学变化。结果:珍珠梅提取物可提高D半乳糖所致大鼠脑组织SOD活性、降低MDA含量,抑制MAO活性;电子显微镜观察到珍珠梅提取物可以减轻D半乳糖导致的线粒体等超微结构的改变。结论:珍珠梅提取物对D半乳糖致衰老大鼠具有保护作用。关键词:珍珠梅;亚急性;衰老;大鼠
Anti-senile Effect of Sorbaria sorbifolia Extract on Dgalgctose Induced Subacute Senile in Rats

Abstract:Objective:To study the anti-senile effect of Sorbaria sorbifolia extract on Dgalgctose induced subacute senile in rats.Methods:60 Wistar rats were randomly into normal group, model group (sc Dgalactose, 48 mg/(kg·d),Sorbaria sorbifolia groups (0.10,0.15,0.20 g/kg ig.sc Dgalactose 48 mg/kg·d). After 40 days, the activities of SOD, MAO and the content MDA were measured with colorimetric the activities of SOD, MAO and the content MDA were measured with colorimetric method, and the histological changes were synchronously observed by electronic microscope.Results:Sorbaria sorbifolia extract significantly increased the activity of SOD in brain tissue, decreased the content MDA, inhibit the MAO activity. It was observed under microscope that Sorbaria sorbifolia could retrieve the degeneration of mitochondrion.Conclusion:Sorbaria sorbifolia extract have anti-senile effect on Dgalgctose induced subacute senile in rats. ......
