     摘要：目的：研究白芷总香豆素(AGC)药理作用。方法：运用柱层析方法，首次从白芷中提取总香豆素，并对白芷总香豆素类成分进行了抗炎、镇痛和解痉实验。结果：首次发现总香豆素类成分具有明显的镇痛和解痉作用，能明显对抗热板、冰醋酸所致小鼠疼痛及BaCl2所致兔肠平滑肌痉挛。结论：可为白芷临床应用提供依据。

    Pharmacological Effect of the Total Coumarins in Radix Amgelicae dahuricae

    Abstract:Objective:To study the pharmacological effect of the total coumarins of Baizhi.Methods:The total coumarins of Baizhi was extracted by column chromatograph and pharmacologic effects have been screened by anti-inflammation, analgestic and anti-spasticity experiments.Results:The total coumarins have obvious analgestic effect and they can decrease the mice's pain caused by hot board and actic acid. The total coumarins also have distinct anti-spasticity effect. They can significantly reparess rabbit intestine's spasm caused by BaCl2.Conclusion:The pharmacological effect research can provide scientific basis for Baizhi clinical using. ......
