    摘要: 目的 建立HPLC法测定复方罗红霉素胶囊中的盐酸氨溴索家犬血药浓度。方法 采用Diamonisil C₁₈色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm，5 μm 迪马公司)；柱温：35 ℃；流动相：甲醇-乙腈-0.01 mol·L^-1磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 7.0)-四氢呋喃 (V ∶V ∶V ∶V = 27.5∶35.0 ∶35.0∶2.5)；流速 1.0 mL·min^-1；检测波长：244 nm。血样采用乙醚提取，再用稀盐酸反提的方法。结果 线性范围:0.02～2.00 mg·L^-1,高、中、低质量浓度2.00、0.50、0.02 mg·L^-1平均回收率(96.4±4.1)%,日内、日间变异均小于15%。结论 方法灵敏、精确、稳定，适用于复方罗红霉素缓释胶囊中盐酸氨溴索生物样本的测定和药代动力学研究。
