摘要:目的 研究石杉碱甲在体小肠吸收动力学,为设计缓释亲水凝胶骨架片提供参考。方法 采用大鼠在体回流方法研究了石杉碱甲在不同浓度和不同小肠区段下的吸收。结果 石杉碱甲在肠道各部位的吸收速率按十二指肠、空肠、回肠、结肠顺序上升,吸收速率常数分别为0.070 7、0.097 6、0.102、0.124 9 h-1。结论 石杉碱甲在肠道的吸收呈现一级动力学特征,且吸收机制为被动扩散。

Study on the absorption kinetics from small intestine of huperzine-A in rats

Abstract: Objective To study the absorption kinetics of huperzine-A in rats’ small intestine and provide reference for designing sustained release dosage form. Methods The absorption of huperzine-A from small intestine was studied by utilizing in situ recirculate perfusion, with different concentration of huperzine-A. Results The permeability rate constants of huperzine-A at duodenum, jejunum, ileum and colon were 0.070 7, 0.097 6, 0.102 and 0.124 9 h-1 respectively. Conclusion The absorption of huperzine-A in rats’ small intestine conformed with the passive transport mechanism .
