摘要:目的 探讨氟比洛芬微乳的含量测定方法。 方法 采用一阶导数分光光度法。一阶导数光谱条件:波长范围为240~360 nm,振幅值范围为−0.6~0.6,测定狭缝为2 nm, △λ为2 nm,扫描速度为快速扫描。 结果 氟比洛芬质量浓度在5.02~50.2 mg•L-1时线性关系良好,相关系数为r=0.999 9;方法的日内日间精密度好;平均回收率为 100.2 %,RSD为 0.95 %。 结论 一阶导数分光光度法适用于氟比洛芬微乳的含量测定。

Determination of the contents of flurbiprofen in the microemulsions by the first-order derivative spectrophotometry

Abstract:Objective To develop a sensitive,accurate and rapid method to determine flurbiprofen in the microemulsions. Methods A first-order derivative spectrophotometry method was used. The range of wave length and amplitude were 240~360 nm and −0.6~0.6,respectively. The slit width was 2 nm and △λ was 2 nm. The scan speed was fast. Results The linear calibration curves were obtained in the concentration range of 5.02~50.2 mg•L-1(r=0.999 9). The within-day and between-day precision were good. The mean recovery was 100.2%,RSD was 0.95%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the determination of flurbiprofen in the microemulsions.
