摘要：目的 综述近5年来运用制剂学手段提高口服药物生物利用度的新研究进展。方法 查阅近5年来文献，从影响口服药物吸收的主要因素即药物的理化性质、药物在胃肠道的稳定性、药物透过肠粘膜吸收、药物在肠壁代谢及外向性载体转运等4个方面对导致口服药物生物利用度低的原因加以阐述，总结了相应制剂学手段上的解决方法。结果与结论 可以通过多种制剂学手段来提高口服药物的生物利用度。

Abstract: Object Developments of formulation strategies to improve oral drug bioavailability during the past 5 years were reviewed. Methods The key factors influencing drug bioavailability such as physicochemical characteristics, stability in gastrointestinal lumen, transmembrane absorption, drug metabolism in gut wall and liver and active efflux are elucidated firstly, then the formulation strategies are put discussed accordingly. Results and conclusions Oral drug bioavaibility can be increased effectively through many formulation strategies.
