摘要:目的 制备苦参素缓释微丸,并研究其体外释药性能。方法 采用离心造粒技术,选用丙烯酸树脂Eudragit RS30D作为包衣材料制成膜控缓释微丸,并考察聚合物增重、TEC的用量、后处理时间等因素对苦参素缓释微丸体外释药的影响。结果 实验研究表明该缓释微丸的体外药物释放符合一级动力学方程。膜厚增加,药物释放慢;后处理时间增加,药物释放变慢,到达一定时间后,趋于稳定。结论 制备的苦参素缓释微丸具有较好的释药性能,是一种较理想的口服缓释剂型。

Abstract: Objective To prepare marine sustained-release pellets and study its release characteristics. Methods The pellets were prepared and coated using the centrifugation coating & granulating equipment. Eudragit RS30D was used to make the marine sustained-released pellets. The effects of the film thickness, the amount of plasticizer and curing time on the marine release rate from marine pellets were studied. Results The dissolution profiles of marine from the pellets followed the first order kinetics. The marine release rate was decreased with the increasing of the film thickness and curing time. Conclusions A desired sustained release effect is indicated with marine sustained-release pellets.
