摘要:目的 建立金蓝气雾剂中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法 以乙腈-0.4%(φ)磷酸溶液为流动相(V:V=13:87); ODS 色谱柱(250.0 mm ´ 4.6 mm, 10.0 μm )为固定相;采用紫外检测器(波长为327 nm)测定;金蓝气雾剂样品用50%(φ)甲醇溶液稀释处理。结果 绿原酸在5.1~81.6 mg∙L-1内线性良好(γ = 0.999 9),平均回收率为101.8%, 平均变异系数小于3.0%。结论 所建立的绿原酸含量测定方法可用于金蓝气雾剂的质量控制。

Study on the determination of chlorogenic acid content in the Jinlan aerosol by HPLC

Abstract: Objective To establish the chlorogenic acid assay method for Jinlan aerosol. Method The chlorogenic acid content in the Jinlan aerosol was determined by a newly developed HPLC method, with acetonitrile -0.4% phosphoric acid solution (v:v=13:87)as the mobile phase and the column packed with ODS (250.0 mm´4.6 mm, 10.0μm). The sample of Jinlan aerosol was treated with 50% methyl alcohol solution. Results It was demonstrated that a good linearity between the reference concentrations and peak areas was achieved within the range of 5.1~81.6 mg∙L-1(γ=0.999 9). The average recovery was 101.8%, and the RSD% was less than 3.0%. Conclusion The method can be used to control the quality of the Jinlan aerosol.
