    摘要:目的 研究葫芦素B聚乳酸­羟基乙酸毫微球小鼠体内分布。方法 小鼠尾静脉给药, HPLC法测定葫芦素B在小鼠血浆、心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑中的浓度。结果 葫芦素B聚乳酸­羟基乙酸毫微球主要分布于肝,给药15 min,肝中聚集达最大,为给药剂量的47.15%。结论 葫芦素B聚乳酸­羟基乙酸毫微球可实现肝脏被动靶向,所建立的HPLC法用于葫芦素B的体内分布研究,结果良好。

    Study on the distribution of the liver targeted cucurbitacin B loaded PLGA nanospheres in mice

    Abstract: Objective To study the distribution of cucurbitacin B loaded PLGA nanospheres in mice. Methods After admistration to mice by iv, HPLC was used to determine the concentration of cucurbitacin B of plasma, heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and brain respectively. Results The distribution of cucurbitacin B in liver was significantly higher than that in any other organs. At 15 min, the uptake of liver reached a maximum, about 47.15% of the dose. Conclusion Cucurbitacin B loaded PLGA nanospheres show passive targeting to liver. The established HPLC method can be used for cucurbitacin B biodistribution study.
