摘要:目的 分析大分子分散系的粒子大小与分布,了解动态光散射光谱的应用。方法 以激光粒径仪测定各分散体系的动态光散射光谱,得各体系粒子大小的体积–重量频率分布及散射强度–重量频率分布图。 结果 各体系粒子大小与分布不同,动态光散射光谱有显著差别。结论 动态光散射技术对分散系粒子大小分析有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Objective To analyse particle size distribution and understand the application of Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) Methods Their volume-weighted particle size distribution, PSDV for macromolecules and the corresponding intensity-weighted, PDSI, for the same samples were obtained by the Laser Diffraction Particle Size Analyzer. Results The particle size distribution is different for the dispersions as shown in Figures 1~5. Conclusion The DLS technique will have an important place in estimating the particle size distribution of macromolecules.
