摘要：目的 研究利巴韦林缓释微丸在家犬体内的药物动力学、相对生物利用度及体内外相关性。方法 应用HPLC法，以市售普通片为对照，测定利巴韦林缓释微丸口服给药后家犬 血浆中的药物浓度，经3P97程序拟合血药浓度-时间数据得出相应的参数，并计算相对生物利用度。结果 利巴韦林缓释微丸和普通片口服后tmax分别为(3.59±0.96)h和(0.38±
0.22)h，cmax分别为(3.23±0.97)mg·L-1和(6.62±2.10)mg·L-1，AUC0-t分别为(39.69±6.77)·mg·hL-1和(38.27±8.87)mg·h·L-1，相对生物利用度为103.7%,其体内吸收与体外释药具有显著的相关性。结论 利巴韦林缓释微丸具有明显的缓释特征。
