摘 要：目的 介绍自由体积理论及其应用。方法 通过检索国内外文献，概述自由体积的基本原理，并对这一理论在描述药物扩散和其他传质现象中的应用进行综述。结果和结论 用自由体积理论，可以成功预测共聚物、水凝胶以及生物膜等体系中的扩散现象。

Description of the diffusion phenomenon using free volume theory

Abstract: Objective To introduce free volume theory and its application. Methods According to the references in recent years, the basic principle of free volume theory is summarized, and the application of this theory in the description of drug diffusion and other mass transfer phenomenon is reviewed. Results and Conclusions This theory has been used to successfully predict the diffusivity of solutes in copolymer, hydrogel or biological membrane systems.
