摘要: 目的 介绍免疫脂质体的应用及发展。方法 围绕目前已经出现的免疫脂质体制剂,分析其在提高疗效及靶向性,降低毒副作用等方面的情况。结果 免疫脂质体可以提高药物的靶向性,并降低药物对其他组织器官的毒副作用。结论 免疫脂质体通过主动靶向,在提高疗效及靶向性、降低毒副作用等方面具有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract :Objective Introduce the application and development of magnetoliposome. Methods arround the immunoliposomes which have been prepared at present, analyse its instance in improving curative effect、targeting character and reducing side-effect. Result immunoliposomes can improve targeting character and reduce side-effect. Conclusions via initiative target immunoliposomes have a wide foreground in improving curative effect、targeting character and reducing side-effect because of targeting character .
