摘要:目的 制备盐酸二甲双胍缓释微囊。 方法 采用流化床技术,以Eudragit® RS 为缓释包衣材料制备微囊,并运用统计之星软件(SPSS)进行处方和工艺参数的正交设计优化;采用紫外分光光度法进行缓释微囊含量测定和体外释放度测定。结果 优化的处方和工艺为:包衣增重为100%,抗黏剂比例为20%,喷雾速率为5 mL·min-1,喷雾压力为150 kPa;释放度试验结果表明,在优化的处方和工艺条件下,可获得在12 h缓释的微囊。结论 制得的盐酸二甲双胍缓释微囊具有较为理想的缓释效果,有进一步开发价值。

Preparation meiformin hydrochloride sustained-release microencapsules by powder coating technology

Abstract: Objective To prepare the metformin hydrochloride sustained-release microencapsules. Method Eudragit® RS was used to form the metformin hydrochloride sustained-release microencapsules by powder coating technology. Statistical ware SPSS was employed to deal with the orthogonal design to optimize parameter of the formulation and technics. Result An metformin hydrochloride sustained-release microencapsules was developed. Assay and in vitro dissolution methods of microencapsules were established. The optimized data of coating weight gained, antiadherent ratio, spray rate and spray air pressure are 100%, 20%, 5 mL·min-1 and 150 kPa, respectively. Conclusion The sustained-release microencapsules exhibite ideal sustained-release characteristics.
