摘要：目的 总结近几年来蛋白多肽类药物的各种给药方式和主要应用。方法 综述。结果 综述了近几年多肽蛋白类药物给药系统。包括传递体、脂质体、微球、毫微球和毫微囊等的主要应用。结论 蛋白质、多肽药物在注射剂以及非注射途径给药均有应用，且具有一定的缓释作用、靶向性，在蛋白质、多肽给药系统中有着广泛的应用前景。

Abstract : Objectives To sum up recently application and dosage froms of protein and peptides. Method Review. Results The review mainly discussed four kinds of drug delivery systems of peptide and protein, which had been reported in recent years, which are transfersome, liposome, microsphere， nanosphere and microcapsule and their primary application. Conclusions Proteins and peptides are applicable not only in injection but also in other methods for its unique advantages.
