【摘要】 目的 探讨住院SARS病人的管理模式及病房的消毒方法，以期降低医护人员的感染率。方法 在国家卫生部颁发的《医院收治非典型肺炎病人消毒隔离工作规范》的基础上，结合我们病区的实际情况，制订较为详细的SARS病人管理措施和病房消毒方法。结果 在我们经管的病区内47位病人未出现二次感染和交叉感染，30位医护人员实现了零感染率。结论 我们病区内实行的SARS病人管理方法与病房内的消毒措施是安全有效的。

    【Abstract】 Objective In order to control the infective rate of SARS,we explore the methods to manage the patients and sterilization in the ward.Methods According to the paper given by the government and connecting with the real condition in our ward,we have made the detailed methods to manage the patients and sterilization in the ward.Results There were no crossing infection or infection for the second time among the 47 patients,and there was no doctor or nurse contamitated by the disease.Conclusion The methods to manage the patients and sterilization in the ward are safe and effective. ......
