仿真膝关节模型的制作与应用

     【摘要】 本文回顾了快速成形技术在医学的临床应用情况。描述了快速成形技术在胫骨外踝骨折的一般步骤和临床应用情况。以螺旋CT得到整个膝关节的CT影像图,扫描层间距为1.0mm。以DICOM文件的数据点信息为数据源,通过相关软件读取DICOM数据文件,获得膝关节的二维CT影像,通过平面图形软件编辑和处理得到膝关节胫骨骨折的边界,将边界曲线输入CAD系统建立三维模型再生成STL文件;采用ZSW-I-A型激光快速成型机将STL文件加工成胫骨外踝骨折的纸基模型。将该纸基模型用于临床取得了较为理想的效果。

    【Abstract】 This paper has reviewed the clinical practice situation in medical science about rapid prototyping tech-nology.Described rapid prototyping technology general step and clinical practice situation that the ankle bone rolls over.Getting CT image picture of the whole knee jointwith spiral CT,it is1.0mm to scan one slice of intervals.Use DICOM file as the data source and get two-dimensional CT image of the knee joint through the relevant software.Us-ing figure software edit and get shin bone fracture border of knee joint then export the border curve to CAD system and set up the three-dimensional model and export STL file again from CAD system;Paper base model that the ankle bone converts into tibi outside adopting the laser rapid prototyping machine of Model ZSW-I-A and processing STL file into the shin bone.Have used this paper base model on clinically and have got comparatively ideal results. ......
