【摘要】 目的 寻找尖锐湿疣 更经济更有效的简便治疗方法，同时达到最大限度降低复发率的临床目的。方法 240例患者随机分成治疗组(120例)和对照组(120例)。治疗组采用微波手术后外搽斑蝥素乳膏和绿药膏周期循环疗法，对照组采用微波手术后外搽安达芬乳膏和绿药膏周期循环疗法；结果进行统计学处理分析。结果 治疗组与对照组治愈率、总有效率、复发率差异均有显著性(分别为χ2=4.97，P<0.05；χ2=12.86，P<0.005；χ2=4.32，P<0.025)。局部有不良反应者，治疗组107例(89.17%)，对照组34例(28.33%)；两组均未见全身毒副反应和局部瘢痕形成。结论 微波手术联合局部外用斑蝥素治疗尖锐湿疣，疗效较好、方法简捷、经济适用，更能有效降低复发率，值得临床选用。

    【Abstract】 Objective In order to explore the possible therapeutic method of a more economical and a more simple convenient effectively,and the objective is to achieve cut down recurrent rate of great limited at the same time.Methods The patients of 240 cases are divided into groups of the treatment and the contrast (each 120 cases) at random. The treatment group are used the periodic therapy on external applied the lincomycin lidocaine cured-colloid and cantharides cream after the operation of microwave.
