原发性肝癌PTEN和p27表达的相关研究

【摘要】目的：研究PTEN和p27两种抑癌基因在原发性肝癌中的表达和两者间的关系。方法：应用免疫组化方法，对43例原发性肝癌患者、21例份肝硬化患者和16例正常对照的正常肝脏组织进行PTEN和p27的免疫组化研究。结果：原发性肝癌组PTEN的阳性表达率为41.9%(18/43),比肝硬化组和正常对照组明显下降：原发性肝癌组p27的阳性表达率为86.0%，比肝硬化组和正常对照组显著升高。PTEN的表达与肿瘤数目、分化高低、有无血管侵犯有关；p27的表达与原发性肝癌的大小、肿瘤数目、分化高低、有无血管侵犯有关。PTEN蛋白和p27蛋白在原发性肝癌中无相关关系。结论：PTEN作为抑癌基因在原发性肝癌中发挥作用，p27有其组织特异性，PTEN和p27表达在原发性肝癌中无相关性。【关键词】基因，PTEN·基因，p27·基因表达·癌，肝细胞
The correlation between PTEN and p27 expression in primary hepatic carcinoma

【ABSTRACT】Objective:To study the correlation between PTEN and p27 expression in primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods:The expression of PTEN and p27 was examined in 43 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma,21cases of cirrhosis and 16 cases of normal with immunohistochemical location tecniche.Results:The positive percentage of PTEN and p27 in primary hepatic carcinoma was 41.9% and 86.0% repecively,but PTEN’s trend was descending while p27 was increasing.The expression of PTEN was related to tumor number,differentiation and vascular invasion,p27 was also related to tumor size.No correlation was found between PTEN and p27 expression in primary hepatic carcinoma.Conclusion:PTEN and p27 are all tumor suppressor in primary hepatic carcinoma,but p27 have its particularity. ......
