【摘要】 目的 观察Lipo PGE 1 治疗老年急性脑梗死的临床疗效及可能作用机制。 方法 71例老年急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予Lipo PGE 1 10μg，静脉泵入，每天1次，共14天。对照组用维脑路通治疗。治疗前后分别测定血液流变学、大脑中动脉(MCA)血流动力学参数，进行神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力评价，并观察临床疗效。 结果 Lipo PGE 1 治疗组治疗后血液流变学、MCA血流动力学参数有明显改善(P<0.05、P<0.01)，神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力评价都有明显改善(P<0.01)，临床疗效较维脑路通佳(P<0.05)。 结论 Lipo PGE 1 对老年脑梗死患者、血液流变学和MCA血流动力学参数有明显改善，是治疗老年脑梗死安全有效的药物。
