慢性硬膜下血肿术后并发症的探讨

     【摘要】目的分析慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)钻孔引流术(BHID)后并发症发生的原因。方法回顾性分析我院1995年1月—2004年12月经钻孔冲洗治疗的118例CSDH病人的临床资料。结果全组治愈117例，死亡1例。出现其它并发症10例。其中血肿复发3例，癫痫发作及脑卒中各3例，张力性气颅1例。结论 BHID治疗CSDH较为安全，但仍有一些并发症和一定的死亡率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the cause of postoperative complications after burrhole craniostomy in chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH).Methods We retrospectively analyzed 118 patients with CSHD treated gy burrhole craniostomy in recent 10 years.Results 117 patients completely recovered after burrhole craniostomy.One cases of patients died.10 patients had postoperative complications.3 patients of hematoma recurred.Conclusion Although the treatment of CSDH with burrhole craniostomy is a safe and simple method,postoperative complications may be encounted and mortality still exist in some patients. ......
