【摘要】 目的 评价影响ICU护理人员心理健康状况的相关因素，寻求积极的应对方式，保障护理人员身心健康，提高护理质量。方法 选取心脏专科ICU和综合ICU护士50名，采用自评式问卷，包括MBI自评量表及症状自评量表(SCL-90)，评分结果通过SPSS 11.0统计软件包处理分析。结果 ICU护理人员耗竭分数与专业技术职称及婚育情况差异有显著性(P<0.05)，而与学历水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)，情感枯竭(EE)和去人格化倾向(DP)与SCL-90评分总分及各因子呈正相关；个人成就感(PA)与SCL-90评分总分及各因子呈负相关。结论 影响ICU护理人员心理健康问题的因素包括专业技术职称、婚育情况等，应针对性地开展健康教育和咨询，减少心理冲突和压力，保证ICU护理人员的心理健康。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relevant factors of mental state in ICU nurses,and to find out active reply manner to ensure mental health of ICU nurses,so as to raise nursing qualities.Methods By using Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and SCL-90,the mentality stage in 50 ICU nurses in our hospital was assessed.The results were stated with SPSS 11.0.Results There are significant relation between exhaust fraction of ICU nurses and technology title,marriage circs (P<0.05).And education level and exhaust fraction have no significant relation (P>0.05).Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization had a positive relation between ten factors of SCL-90.While personal accomplishment had a negative relation between ten factors of SCL-90.Conclusion The relevant factors of mentality state in ICU nurses include technology title and marriage circs,pertinent health education and consultation should be adopted to release mental depression of ICU nurse,so as to ensure their mental health. ......
