【摘要】 目的 比较不同白内障术式的手术性散光(SIA，surgically induced-astigmatism)。方法 随机将118例患者分成3组，分别行囊外摘除术、5.5mm切口和3mm切口的超声乳化术(PHACO，Phacoemulsification)，比较三者SIA的大小。结果 两组PHACO术造成的SIA均显著小于囊外摘除术组(P<0.01)，3mm切口的PHACO引起的SIA小于5mm切口组，两者差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 PHACO术引起的手术性散光较小，具有临床应用的优越性。

    【Abstract】 Objective To compare the SIA(surgically induced-astigmatism) in different kinds of operation.Methods 118 eyes were divided into 3 groups randomly, they were ECCE (extracapsular cataract extraction), 5.5mm and 3mm incision PHACO (Phacoemulsification). SIA values were calculated and compared.Results There was a significant difference between two groups of PHACO and the group of ECCE. The power of SIA in former ones was lower than that in latter one (P<0.01). The SIA values in 3mm incision group was lower than that in 5mm incision group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion PHACO was an ideal way comparing with ECCE in cataract surgery. ......
