【摘要】 目的 探讨金因肽(rhEGF)在乳腺癌术后伤口感染换药中的应用。方法 60例乳腺癌术后感染分为两组换药，金因肽换药组30例，传统常规换药组(对照组)30例，观察两组的疗效，并采用疗效判定标准来进行分析。结果 金因肽换药组总有效率为100%，对照组总有效率为80%，P<0.05，两组差异具有显著性。结论 金因肽换药有效缓解病人疼痛，增加病人舒适感，提高伤口治愈率，该方法简单方便，可在临床上广泛应用和推广。

    Application of rhEGF in change dressings of postoperative infection of breast cancer

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of rhEGF during change dressings for breast cancer patients with postoperative wound infection.Methods 60 cases of breast cancer with postoperative wound infection were divided into two groups;30 cases of change dressings with rhEGF and 30 cases of conventional change dressings.The curative effect in two groups was analyzed according to assessment standard.Results The effective rates in group of rhEGF and control were 100% and 80%,respectively.Significant difference was observed between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Change of dressing with rhEGF effectively relieves pain,enhances easement,and improves the healing rate.The method shares properties of simplicity and convenience,and can be extended to clinic applications. ......
