【摘要】 目的 探讨肺癌合并上腔静脉综合征围手术期的护理措施。方法 回顾性分析62例肺癌合并上腔静脉综合征围术期的护理经验。结果 62例患者手术后恢复顺利，术后未发生严重并发症。结论 手术是治疗肺癌合并上腔静脉综合征最有效的方法，合理的护理对患者顺利渡过围术期有重要作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore oppropriate and effective peri-operative nursing measures for patients with superior vein cava syndrome (SVCS) due to lung cancer.Methods The experince of peri-operative nursing for 62 cases of SVCS due to lung cancer were retrospectively reviewed.Results All the 62 cases survived the operations and smoothly.Conclusion Surgery is the most effective treatment for cases of SVCS due to lung cancer. Correct and effective peri-operative nursing measures are very important to prevent severe complications in cases of SVCS due to lung cancer.
