【摘要】目的：检测凋亡抑制因子Survivin在胆囊癌中的表达，研究其与胆囊癌临床特征的关系，探讨Survivin在胆囊癌早期诊断及治疗方面的应用。方法：采用免疫组织化学技术检测45例胆囊癌、20例胆囊息肉、20例胆囊炎及10例正常胆囊组织Survivin的表达。结果：45例胆囊癌组织中40例表达Survivin蛋白(88.9%)，而在胆囊息肉、胆囊炎及正常胆囊组织中未表达，且Survivin的表达与胆囊癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、病理分级、Nevin分期、淋巴结转移无关(P均>0.05)。结论：Survivin在胆囊癌中的高表达提示其与肿瘤的发生有关，有望成为一新的肿瘤标志物应用于临床，以协助胆囊癌早期诊断和靶向性基因治疗。【关键词】Survivin·胆囊肿瘤·基因表达
Expression and implication of survivin in gallbladder cancer

【ABSTRACT】Objective:To investigate the expression of Survivin and its relationship with the clinical features of gallbladder cancer. Methods:45 cases of gallbladder cancer,20 cases of chronic cholecystitis,20 cases of polypoid lesions of gallbladder (PLG) and 10 cases of normal gallbladder tissues were studied, the expression of Survivin was detected by immunohistochemisty assay.Results:Of the 45 cases of gallbladder cancer,Survivin was expressed in 40 cases(88.9%).Survivin was not detected in chronic cholecystitis,PLG and normal gallbladder tissues.The expression of Survivin in gallbladder cancer had no association with the patient’s age and gender, tumor size, pathological grading,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of gallbladder cancer(P>0.05).Conclusion:The excessive expression of Survivin in gallbladder cancer indicates that Survivin could be not only correlated with the occurrence of carcinoma but an early and common event in gallbladder carcinogenesis. Survivin will promisingly become a novel tumor marker and can be applied in the clinical practice for helping the early diagnosis as well as targeting gene therapy for gallbladder cancer. ......
