     摘要：目的: 评价检测淋巴细胞检测淋巴细胞HLAB27抗原在强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis，AS)患者、腰痛患者及健康人中的表达及临床意义。方法: 取肘静脉血1 ml(EDTANa2抗凝)，采用荧光抗体HLAB27FITC/HLAB7PE直接标记法，流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞中HLAB27的比例。结果: 24例AS患者、35例腰痛患者和55例健康者中HLAB27阳性率分别为91.67%、5.71%、5.45%。结论: HLAB27与强直性脊柱炎高度相关，其检测是AS诊断与鉴别诊断的重要标志，但检测阳性并不能作为AS 的确诊和筛选指标；流式细胞仪检测HLAB27 简便省时，稳定性和重复性好，适用于临床检验。

    Transplantation Research Institule, Urumqi 830054, China)Abstract: Objective: To detect HLAB27 by using flow cytometer, and evaluate clinical significance of HLAB27 in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS), waist pain and healthy volunteers. Methods: A total of 114 people were included, including 24 patients with AS, 35 with waist pain and 55 healthy volunteers in this study. HLAB27 was detected with vein blood by ethylenediaminetetra aceticacid (EDTA) or heparin sodium. The HLAB27FITC/HLAB7PE fluorescent antibody was used following with flow cytometer detection. Results: Detecting HLAB27 was successfully performed in all the samples by flow cytometer. 24 AS patients including 22 cases with B27 positive, and 35 cases with waist pain was showed 2 positives. In the healthy group, there were 3 positives in 55 control. The positive rate was 91.67%, 5.71%, and 5.45%, respectively. Conclusion: HLAB27 may be associate with AS tightly and important basis for future diagnosis and differentiations and however it may not be used as a marker for its confirmation. Genotyping for HLAB27 using flow cytometer could be considered as a rapid, and potential clinical tool. ......
